The Social Impact of Infrastructure Projects

In partnership with Marsh, the Women’s Infrastructure Network is proud to host a panel discussion on achieving the best social outcomes from private capital infrastructure projects.

The recent UN draft report on the state of the world’s environment notes decades of overconsumption and unsustainable lifestyles. How do we ensure that we are investing in the most sustainable infrastructure options? Our panel of infrastructure sector experts will explore how attitudes to investments are changing and how the future landscape might look. Is sufficient attention being given to the social impact of infrastructure projects on local communities, building positive outcomes into the process? How can negative social impacts be minimised?

We hope that you can join us for what promises to be an interesting panel discussion.
